Management Staff
The theatre is managed by two part-time staff members who oversee execution of the strategic plan including activities related to operations, logistics, finance, human resources, marketing, and governance.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides strategic direction, sets policies, and oversees management to ensure the organization is set up to achieve its goals while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Advisory Committee
The advisory committee is made up of dedicated non-voting volunteers. Having served on the original Steering Committee, or as past members of the Board, they offer long term organizational memory and advice on areas of special expertise.
